It’s tater time

It’s always a celebration when the seed potatoes arrive. Giant bags of seed potatoes are somehow more fun than bags of seed, though their function is essentially the same.

We have four spud varieties coming your way this season that should span six weeks of harvest.  If we’ve played our cards right, we’ll bring in all the potatoes in September and October.  We chose many varieties so our members can experience the whole, diverse spectrum of color and texture.

If you’re a potato nerd and want to see what’s coming, check out DefenderRose Finn Apple, Kennebec (Seattle Met’s “It” potato) and Caribe varieties. They’re all coming your way this season.
