1 lb bulk Japanese wax turnips
1 sugar pie pumpkin
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch Italian parsley

1 bunch Oxbow’s finest carots
1 lb red French fingerling potatoes
1/2 lb bulk Japanese wax turnips
1 head Napa cabbage
1 spaghetti squash
1 bunch dill

There are infinite ways to prepare your veggies, and we encourage you to turn to the infinite internet to explore some of the possibilities. That’s what we do when we want to be creative! Simply Googling “recipes for __________ and ___________” should turn up a lot! Here are a few suggestions to get you started:

Roasted fingerling potatoes, fennel, and green beans
Homemade sauerkraut
Candy cane beet salad w/ goat cheese and pistachios
