Restoration Work Party

March 9 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Spring is just around the corner and the flowers are getting ready to bloom! Help us get our native shrubs and trees in the ground so that they can take advantage of the spring growing season. Make room for our beautiful native plants by removing blackberries and other weeds that crowd them out. Nothing says you’re ready for spring like getting your hands dirty!

Come volunteer with us here at Oxbow and help us restore the native habitats around the farm. We will provide gloves, tools, and water.

You should bring:

  • your reusable water bottle
  • boots or close-toed shoes
  • clothes to get muddy in
  • weather-appropriate outerwear
  • snacks or lunch if you want them

Minor Waivers

Please note that while we welcome minors to volunteer with us, the following waiver must be filled out by a parent or guardian and returned to our Restoration Volunteer Coordinator, either by email at dawn@oxbow.org or in person, the day of your volunteer event!
