Restoration Work Party

January 12 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

A father-daughter team re-foresting OxbowStart the new year by making the world a little greener! Winter is the perfect time to plant native shrubs and trees. With the leaves gone from most of our plants, its also the perfect time to remove those blackberries and other weeds that are usually hidden among the foliage.

We will provide gloves, tools, and water.

You should bring:

  • your reusable water bottle
  • boots or close-toed shoes
  • clothes to get muddy in
  • weather-appropriate outerwear
  • snacks or lunch if you want them
