KING5 evening still Luke and Sarah

A few weeks ago, the team from KING5’s Evening Magazine visited Oxbow to talk with our founding farmers, Luke and Sarah.

The feature was part of a biweekly segment in partnership with the regional food co-op, PCC Natural Markets. PCC’s chef Lynne Vea joined the farmers for the interview and talked with Luke about growing and harvesting Seattle’s favorite green, kale.
