Arguably, the only thing better for you than a vegetable is a naturally fermented vegetable, so we’re stoked to bring these products to you! Seattle Metropolitan Magazine named OlyKraut one of its Good Food Award winners in 2015, and Food and Wine magazine named it one of “9 Amazing Alt-Burger Condiments.”
OlyKraut is a woman-owned small business in Olympia founded by Sash Sunday, who is active in community circles supporting women striving to develop their own ventures. In the Pacific Northwest, that’s about as homegrown as it gets.
But as the tasters will tell you, the most immediate satisfaction from OlyKraut is the flavor, of special ferments such as Spicy Garlic, Smoke and Kale, Cumin and Jalapeno, and of course, the Original.
