Pomegranate Vinaigrette

This is dressing is great for a simple salad with feta & roasted pumpkin seeds.


  • 2 T Pomegranate molasses
  • 2 T Red wine or cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3-1/2 C Extra virgin olive oil or walnut oil
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

  • Combine all ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Put on lid and shake vigorously until emulsified. ┬áTaste and add more molasses, oil or vinegar to suit your fancy.
