Community Glean | Hopelink

August 11 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Volunteer tending crops during Oxbow’s Community Glean with Hopelink.

Volunteer to harvest goodness & share abundance

Together, we’ll fulfill the call to care through hands-on farm work that feeds families and fosters bonds between land and people.

Join Hopelink at Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center to help harvest certified organic fruits and vegetables that go directly to families facing food insecurity—fresh from the field to those who need it most.

All gleaning sessions are coordinated by our amazing food access partners, and advance registration is required through our partner, Hopelink.

Volunteers harvesting produce, crates of heirloom tomatoes, and a joyful community glean at Oxbow.

You’ll Experience:

  • Hands-on Harvesting: Roll up your sleeves and gather fresh, organic produce alongside Oxbow farmers and fellow volunteers
  • Agricultural Insights: Deepen your knowledge of sustainable farming practices and food justice issues
  • Active Outdoor Service: Engage in meaningful, physical work in the fields—rain or shine
  • Community Connection: Build bonds with like-minded volunteers while contributing to a shared mission of food security
  • Tangible Impact: Help ensure nutritious food reaches communities that otherwise lack access to fresh, nourishing produce

Get Outside. Give Back. Grow Community.

Come out for a day of meaningful work—or return throughout the season to deepen your impact. Sign up through Hopelink to help nourish neighbors in need.
