Preserving the Harvest: Raspberry Jam
Attendees will be a part of the following:
- A light walk around the farm
- Discussion on how to safely (and easily!) process and preserve jams at home with minimal specialized equipment
- Hands-on jam making and canning as a group
- Finish with a light snack
Everyone will go home with a 4 oz jar of raspberry jam to take home and a recipe packet with detailed instructions on the canning process.
