Sourdough Workshop

June 8 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

$50 – $100

Spend an afternoon on the farm with Jessica Sherrow, the artisan behind Pennyloaf Bread, learning the craft of making naturally leavened bread by hand. From kneading dough to discussing the nuances of local grains, fresh flours, and the science of fermentation, Jessica will guide you through the process. You’ll also have the chance to shape your own boule to take home, complete with a fresh loaf, a proofing basket, and some active starter to continue your baking journey. Bakers of all levels are welcome to join in the fun!

This workshop is intended for those age 13+.
