General Member Program Questions

By becoming a Member of Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center, you support our work to inspire people to eat healthy, sustainably grown food and to steward our natural resources for future generations. Oxbow’s work goes beyond farming: it also supports building healthy food systems through conservation and land stewardship, increasing awareness and availability of native plants, and teaching people of all ages about agriculture and the environment. 

Oxbow Members receive exclusive access to special events, free admission to Oxbow Saturdays, workshops and tours, Members-only U-Pick access, FREE U-Pick herbs and flowers, a 10% discount on produce at our on-farm Farm Stand, and exclusive opportunities to explore and picnic on a stunning slice of Snoqualmie Valley land.

Oxbow is located in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley, nestled between the cities of Duvall and Carnation off of Hwy 203. Our Farm Stand is located on-site. We’re just 25 miles from Seattle! Get detailed driving directions and other visitor info here.

Oxbow Saturdays (Members and non-Members welcome) 

We are open to Members and the public on the second Saturday of every month from May through August. Learn more about Oxbow Saturdays here. Members receive free admission for them and up to 4 more guests at each Oxbow Saturday. 

We are also open to Members and the public during the month of October, Thurs-Sunday, 10AM-4PM, for our annual Oxtober Pumpkin Festival.

Yes, and thank you for sharing the Oxbow experience with friends and family! Oxbow Membership allows four additional sub-members to be added to your membership. Whether they’re your partner and kids, your roommates, or your neighbors down the street, share with whomever you like (but please leave your furry friends at home)!

Sub-members can be added within your account after you register. If you need assistance, or if you would like to add more than four sub-members, please contact us at 425-788-1134 or email members@oxbow.org.

U-Pick is a fantastic time for all, and is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the land that feeds us! Get detailed information about U-Pick here.

Throughout the summer you can look forward to a pizza party, hop harvesting, and a pumpkin carving event open to Oxbow Members and their friends and family. You can also look forward to special member pricing on events such as Stargazing on the farm, and a 10% discount on Oxbow’s annual Family Dinner on the Farm tickets.  Check out our event calendar for more information on what’s coming up!

Yes! Our memberships are annual and begin on the day you sign up. While the majority of our events are planned for the summer and fall months, we are planning additional opportunities throughout the year. Oxbow is magical during every season! Stay tuned for more information about off-season member opportunities.

We do not currently offer payment plans for our Member Program. If you’d prefer to pay by cash or check, please contact us at members@oxbow.org to make arrangements.

Yes, but only on the second Saturday of every month, and access is limited. See our Oxbow Saturdays page for more information.

Thank you for supporting Oxbow! You will receive an email when your Member Packet is mailed out. In the meantime, the confirmation email you received during registration will serve as your temporary Member card. To conserve resources and support a healthy environment, we will send many Member materials digitally. If you’ve recently joined as a Member, make sure that members@oxbow.org is added to your address book.

Your Member packet will include:

  • Your Member card. Please keep your card safe! You’ll need to present it when you and your group check in at the Farm Stand. 
  • Information about discounts on workshops and expert tours, Summer Camps, and venue rentals

Member tote bags will be available for pickup at our Farm Stand starting in May.

All Members get to take advantage of a 10% Member discount! The discount can be used at the Farm Stand and U-Pick produce, The Farmers’ Market*, Summer Camp registration, birthday parties, and event venue rental! At the Farm Stand, just show your Member card to receive your discount. For online registrations, use your special Member discount code, which can be found in your Member packet.

*Note: We will be adding a Farmers’ Market spot this summer, location TBD pending market approval.

Yes, we also accept cash, check, debit, or credit to pay for your farm stand and U-Pick purchases. We do require you to show your Member card to receive your 10% member discount, even if you use a different form or payment.

No worries! Your remaining OxDough can be used for Farm Stand purchases at Oxbow Saturdays, the Farmers’ Market*,  and “magic bean” purchases during our Oxtober Pumpkin Festival

*Note: We will be adding a Farmers’ Market spot this summer, location TBD pending market approval.
