General Member Program Questions

By becoming a Member of Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center, you support our work to inspire people to eat healthy, sustainably grown food and to steward our natural resources for future generations. Oxbow’s work goes beyond farming: it also supports building healthy food systems through conservation and land stewardship, increasing awareness and availability of native plants, and teaching people of all ages about agriculture and the environment.

Becoming a Member is the best way to connect with Oxbow and live your values – by supporting a nonprofit dedicated to making real, lasting impact in the fight against climate change.

Oxbow’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program and Member Program are two of the many ways that you can support Oxbow’s work and mission. What’s the difference between the two programs?

CSA Shareholders make an up-front investment that supports our farmers in all aspects of the 20-week CSA season, which runs from late June-early November. In return, Shareholders receive a weekly “Share” of produce (which averages out to about $30/week) that they select themselves at our on-site Farm Stand, or at select Seattle-area Farmers Markets. Oxbow’s CSA gives participants the choice to select the veggies they want and need, provides regular U-Pick access, and connects them directly to the people who grow their food and care for the land! Learn more about Oxbow’s CSA here.

Oxbow’s Member Program supports all areas of Oxbow’s work. Membership is valid for 365 days, during which Members have access to a host of benefits including event invitations, U-Pick access during our public Oxbow Saturdays, Farm Stand discounts, and more. If you’re not able to come out to Oxbow frequently or don’t need your fridge stocked with a weekly haul of veggies, the Member Program is a great way to show your support of our work and mission!

Oxbow is located in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley, nestled between the cities of Duvall and Carnation off of Hwy 203. Our Farm Stand is located on-site. We’re just 25 miles from Seattle! Get detailed driving directions and other visitor info here.

We are open to Members and the public on Oxbow Saturdays, once a month from May through August, from 10AM-4PM. See our exact Oxbow Saturday dates here. Members receive free admission for themselves, and up to 4 additional guests, at each Oxbow Saturday.

We are also open to Members and the public during the month of October, Thurs-Sunday, 10AM-5PM, for our annual Oxtober Pumpkin Festival.

Other special Members-only opportunities will be announced throughout the year.
